What is Duenly?

Duenly is a task card app that helps you focus on a small set of tasks at a time so you can start without feeling overwhelmed.

Duenly is a productivity tool and is not medical or therapeutic software.

How does the free trial work?

Trials may be offered to new users. If a trial is available, the details shown in the app at signup apply.

  • Trial length and limits may vary by region or over time
  • Trial access ends automatically when the trial period ends
What do I get with Duenly Pro?

Pro features are shown in the app and may include unlimited task cards, task history, reminders, and higher AI usage limits. Pricing and availability are displayed in the App Store at purchase time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Duenly
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

How do I restore purchases?

If you subscribed on another device or reinstalled the app:

  1. Open Duenly
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund through Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Duenly purchase
  4. Select Request a refund and follow Apple's steps

Apple reviews requests and makes the final decision.

What are AI features?

AI features can help you break tasks into smaller steps or rewrite tasks to make them clearer and more actionable. AI usage may be limited based on your plan and may change over time.

AI suggestions are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.

How do I delete my account?

In the app:

  1. Open Duenly
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.

Is my data private?

We aim to protect your data using reasonable safeguards and access controls. For details about what we collect and how it's used, see our Privacy Policy.

Can I use Duenly on multiple devices?

Yes. Your tasks can sync across devices where you're signed in with the same Duenly account.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

The app isn't syncing

Try these steps:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Confirm you're signed in
  • Force close and reopen the app
  • Check for app updates in the App Store

AI features aren't working

Try these steps:

  • Confirm you have an internet connection
  • Check whether you've reached your AI usage limit (if shown in Settings)
  • Try again in a few minutes (temporary service issues can happen)

I can't sign in

Try these steps:

  • Confirm you're using the correct sign-in method (email/password or Sign in with Apple)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Use "Forgot Password" if available
  • If using Sign in with Apple, confirm it's enabled in device settings

The app crashes or freezes

Try these steps:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest version in the App Store
  • Delete and reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud)

Notifications aren't working

Check these settings:

  • Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Duenly
  • Ensure "Allow Notifications" is enabled
  • Check that your preferred notification style is selected
  • In the Duenly app, go to Settings and confirm reminders are enabled
